Grant funded full retrofit, Fernlea Close, Cherry Hinton

Solar panels, heat pump and battery fitted using government warm house grant. Phil is passionate about climate and environmental issues and had an ambition to reduce his carbon footprint and stop using fossil fuels. He had previously installed double glazing. So he applied to the government warmer homes website and gained access to a government grant to carry out a full retrofit. Phil's is the first home in his development to carry out this project and his neighbours are very interested in how the project develops.
