Pa-Kua Martial Arts & Self-Defence for teens and adults

Beginners martial art and self-defence classes in a friendly, non-competitive environment, focusing on individual attention. Important: if you'd like your child to attend, please get in touch with us in advance to discuss it. The classes are aimed at 12 and above, but exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Pa-Kua is an international school established in 1976, where we teach a system based on martial arts and ancient Chinese knowledge through 8 different disciplines. We offer a unique approach which emphasizes family atmosphere, personalized attention, acceptance of all people, and individual evolution. Our Martial Art is a complex, non-competitive internal style. It starts out with simpler, linear techniques for self-defence, and leads up to characteristic circular techniques at more advanced levels. Our classes are open for adults and teenagers of any level.
