Talk by Nicole Yunger Halpern Quantum steampunk: The physics of yesterday's tomorrow Nicole Yunger Halpern is a theoretical physicist who's received the International Quantum Technology Emerging Researcher Award and been included in the Science News "Ten to Watch" list. Her book Quantum Steampunk won a PROSE Award and was shortlisted for a Phi Beta Kappa Award. The Talk will take place in the Old Hall at Girton College and will be followed by refreshements.
