A cacao-fuelled conscious dance journey Silent Soul Dance is a heart-opening evening of ceremonial cacao, conscious movement and immersive music through silent disco headphones. Beginning with a gentle cacao ritual to help you connect inwardly, the session then flows into guided free-form dance — inviting you to move intuitively, release stress, awaken joy and reconnect with yourself in a safe, welcoming space. No dance experience is needed. Simply come as you are, wear comfortable clothes, and allow yourself to move, feel and be fully present.
