In a world that can feel fast, busy and overstimulating, Sound Waves offers an antidote, a calm space where children can relax, have fun and simply be. Using ocean drums, soft sounds, gentle instruments, low lighting, mindfulness and simple breathing exercises, each session is designed to help children slow down and unwind at the end of the day. There is no pressure to perform and no need to get anything right. Children can explore music, sound and creativity at their own pace in a small, welcoming group. ✨ No music experience needed. ✨ Instruments provided. ✨ Small class sizes. ✨ Screen-free time ✨ Ages 6-8 year olds ✨ Led by Music My Jam. ✨ All facilitators Enhanced DBS Location: White Tara Therapy Centre, Newmarket Times: Tuesdays: 5.30–6.15pm Cost: £10 per session (excluding booking fee).
