The Changing World of Work

Explore the human side of change, learn to navigate uncertainty, support your people and connect with peers facing similar challenges. Change is everywhere, and constant instability is taking a toll on today's workforce. In this practical session, Russell will explore the psychological reality of navigating change and provide a reassuring framework to help you cut through the noise, focus on what you can control, and better support yourself and your people. Award-winning author and speaker Russell Beck of ImagineThinkDo will lead the session. Russell is known for his engaging and thought-provoking approach to the changing world of work, helping leaders and organisations understand the human impact of change and how to respond to it. His sessions combine practical insight with a strong understanding of the psychology behind how people respond to uncertainty and disruption, giving attendees ideas they can take away and apply within their own teams. Following the main talk, a dedicated breakout session will give you the opportunity to connect with peers, discuss the insights and apply these strategies directly to your own challenges.
