Join me on the Autumn Equinox in the wonderfully warm and cosy sacred space of Heron’s House for a special evening of sound, stillness and reflection. As day and night meet in balance, the Equinox offers a natural moment to pause, take a breath and acknowledge the changing season. As summer gives way to autumn, this is an opportunity to slow down, let go of what you no longer need, and make space for rest and renewal. Snuggle into soft, beautiful furs and allow the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, tongue drums, tubular bells and chimes to gently wash over you. Let the sounds guide you into a place of deep relaxation, peace and calm, supporting you to reconnect with yourself as we cross the threshold into autumn. Afterwards, there will be a little time to share, reflect and simply enjoy the warmth of the space and the company of others. Spaces are limited to just 5 people, creating an intimate and personal experience, so advance booking is essential.
