Doppelgänger Showdown

A one-night-only competition, where the world's greatest celebrities are put to the ultimate contest - with you as the judge ⭐ Doppelgänger Showdown — Sittingbourne’s One‑Night‑Only Lookalike Spectacle On 6 March 2027, Sittingbourne gets a little stranger — in the best possible way. Doppelgänger Showdown brings together local performers who transform into celebrities, icons, and fictional favourites. They don’t just dress the part; they become it, bending reality just enough to make you wonder if Sittingbourne has slipped sideways for the evening. Your host: (Not actually) Claudia Winkleman - Catty O'Neill Catty has bought the perfect wig for the occasion. When not pretending to be the fiercest presenter in all of tellyland, she can be found trying all sorts of creative endeavours, from vibe-coding apps, 3D printing party games, to cosplaying as a middle-aged singing secretary on TikTok. And of course, persuading her friends to join her in the bizarre occurrence she calls a "show". The Doppelgängers • Adam Harris • Andrew Manktelow • Ashley Munson • Bex Currier • Claire Snoad • Hayley Christine • Joe Pritchett • John Robertson • Kim Rackley • Natalie Radlett • RJ Wornast • Scotty Bassett • Vanessa-Rose Tanner plus more soon to be announced! 🎭 What You’ll See • Performers stepping on stage as their chosen doppelgänger • Acts inspired by their character’s style, but with a surreal twist • Audience voting that decides who advances to the Grand Final • A final round where the top contenders battle for the title of Ultimate Doppelgänger Expect uncanny impressions, unexpected choices, and moments that feel familiar but slightly… tilted. 🌙 A Different Kind of Night Out in Sittingbourne If you’re looking for something beyond the usual pubs, quizzes, or cinema trips, this is the kind of event that shakes things up. It’s playful, odd, creative, and proudly local — a chance to see Sittingbourne performers doing something brilliantly unusual. 🔥 Why You'll Love It Sittingbourne has a strong community of performers and creatives, and the Doppelgänger Showdown gives them a stage to go big, go weird, and go all‑in on their chosen character. It’s a one‑night‑only event that blends comedy, theatre, and a dash of surreal chaos. Join us for a night where imitation becomes invention, and Sittingbourne becomes the backdrop for something delightfully unexpected.
