Environmental Science Club

Scientific experiments and learning for Home Ed families Our Environmental Science Club is perfect to explore scientific theories through hands on experiments, discussion and practical learning. The club is ideal for those families choosing to home educate and will cater for a mixed age range. Each session will start with an introduction to a new topic before the children get hands on with an experiment. There will be a chance to discuss the findings of the experiment before moving on to a second practical experiment. The session will close with a chance to draw conclusions. Different aspects of science such as fair testing, hypothesis and data collection will be weaved into the sessions. Please note that many parts of the session will take place outside within the centre grounds so please ensure you all come dressed for the weather and in appropriate footwear.
