Our monthly Wednesday in Folkestone is a 1hour sound immersion to explore where the cold months take us. Playing deeper sounds and exploring darker tones. What to expect and bring For those not familiar with sound baths, its often a deeply relaxing, meditative sound journey you experience laying down comfortably in a shared space with others. For some people it can feel very restful, nourishing or healing, whilst for others an unsual exploration of our minds and body sensations. Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow. If you can't bring one or more of this let me know so I can arrange.
