Full Moon Sound Bath on the Beach (26th September 2026)

We’ll meet at 6:00pm on the beach behind Neptune’s Cafe in Leysdown, giving us time to settle in and light the fire before the Moon rises at 6:23pm. As the fire begins to burn, you’ll be invited to take a moment to reflect on what you’re ready to let go of - whether that’s an old pattern, a thought, a feeling, a situation or simply something you no longer wish to carry with you. You’ll have the opportunity to write your intention on a small piece of paper and, when you’re ready, offer it to the fire as a symbolic act of release. Then we’ll sit together and watch as the Full Moon rises over the horizon, taking a little time simply to be present with the incoming sea, the fire and the Moon. Once the Moon has risen, we’ll settle down for a 30–45 minute Full Moon Sound Bath, allowing the sounds and vibrations of the instruments to wash over you as we lie under the Full Moon while, in the background, we’re accompanied by the natural rhythm of the tide coming in from the distance. Afterwards, there’ll be time to gently come back to ourselves, enjoy a hot drink and spend a little time beneath the Moon before heading home. We expect to finish at around 7:30pm. What to bring Please bring: • Something comfortable and waterproof to lie on • Lots of warm blankets • Warm clothing suitable for being outdoors after sunset • A hot drink for afterwards • A small piece of paper and pen if you’d like to write something to release • Suitable footwear for the beach Weather dependent This is an outdoor event and will be entirely weather dependent. For that reason, booking is free. If the weather is suitable and we’re able to go ahead, there will be a donation box available on the evening for anyone who would like to contribute. If the weather isn’t looking favourable, I’ll send an update via WhatsApp to everyone who has booked. Your mobile number will be collected when you book your ticket solely for communicating about this event and will not be stored or used for other purposes.
