Full description from organizer

An immersive journey using breath, movement and music to release tension, reconnect with your body and find clarity. An immersive breathwork experience in Deal Too long? Here’s the short version… Monthly Breathwork Journey is a 2-hour immersive breathwork experience in Deal, combining conscious connected breathing, movement, music and guided integration. Unlike Weekly Unwind, which focuses on gentle nervous system regulation and practical everyday tools, this is an opportunity to explore the breath more deeply. The experience can be powerful, emotional, energising, quiet or deeply restful. There is no particular experience you are expected to have. You remain in control of your breath, body and participation throughout. No previous breathwork experience is needed. A space to go a little deeper Sometimes we spend so much time thinking, doing and getting through life that there isn't much space left to simply feel. Monthly Breathwork Journey creates that space. Over two hours, we'll gradually move from grounding and gentle movement into a longer conscious connected breathwork journey, guided through immersive music and headphones. The breathwork itself lasts approximately one hour, followed by plenty of time to slow down, rest and integrate before returning to the outside world. This isn't about forcing a release or trying to achieve a particular state. Some people experience emotion, physical sensations, movement, memories or moments of clarity. Others experience stillness, relaxation or something much more subtle. Your experience is your experience. There is nothing you need to make happen. What to expect We'll begin slowly. There'll be time to arrive, settle into the space and understand the breathing technique before we begin. The session may include: • Grounding and arrival • Gentle or expressive movement • Guided conscious connected breathing • Immersive music through wireless headphones • Verbal guidance and invitations throughout the journey • Space for emotional and physical expression • Deep rest and integration • A gentle closing before heading home The breath and music may build in intensity during the journey, but you are never pushed or forced. You can slow your breathing, return to your natural breath, change position, take a break or stop completely whenever you need. Consent and choice Choice is at the heart of how I facilitate. At the beginning of the session, you'll be offered a simple consent-to-touch card. This allows you to indicate whether you're comfortable with light supportive touch during the journey or would prefer no touch. You can change your mind at any point, without explanation. Touch is never required. You're also welcome to move, make sound, remain still, keep your eyes open, take breaks or adapt the practice in whatever way feels right for you. Your body. Your breath. Your choice. Who is this for? You don't need any previous experience with breathwork. You might particularly enjoy Monthly Breathwork Journey if: • You find it difficult to switch off or get out of your head • You're feeling stressed, overwhelmed or emotionally full • You want to reconnect with your body • You're curious about deeper breathwork • Traditional meditation or stillness doesn't always work for you • You'd like space for emotional expression without needing to explain yourself • You're looking for a deeper experience than a regular wellbeing class • You're curious but a little nervous and want to explore breathwork in a supportive environment What might you experience? Breathwork affects everyone differently. You may notice: • Physical sensations such as tingling, warmth or changes in energy • Emotional release • A sense of relaxation or lightness • Movement or an urge to stretch or make sound • Increased awareness of your body • Moments of clarity or reflection • Deep stillness • Or something completely different You may also have a very subtle experience. More intense doesn't mean more successful. There is no "right" breathwork experience. About your facilitator Hi, I'm Ray, founder of Breathe Clarity. I'm a qualified Speech and Language Therapist and certified breathwork facilitator, and I'm passionate about making practices like breathwork feel accessible rather than intimidating. My sessions are trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming, with choice, autonomy and accessibility built into the way I facilitate. You don't need to mask, perform or get anything "right". You are welcome exactly as you are. What to bring A small number of yoga mats and bolsters are available to borrow. If you're able to, please bring your own yoga mat. You're welcome to bring: • Water • Warm layers • A blanket and/or pillow • An eye mask • Anything else that helps your body feel comfortable Because you'll be lying down for part of the experience, I'd recommend bringing anything you need to feel warm and supported. Accessibility Breathe Clarity aims to make breathwork as accessible and welcoming as possible. You're always welcome to: • Sit, stand or lie down • Move or change position • Stim or fidget • Keep your eyes open or closed • Take breaks • Step out if needed • Participate in whatever way feels comfortable If there's anything that would make attending more accessible for you, please get in touch before the session. Health & safety Conscious connected breathing can be a more activating form of breathwork and may not be appropriate for everyone. If you're pregnant, have epilepsy, significant cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, active psychosis, or another medical condition you're unsure about, please contact me before booking so we can discuss whether the practice is appropriate or whether adaptations are needed. Venue The Landmark Centre, Deal Group sizes are intentionally kept small to create a supportive and contained environment. The Clearly hall Refund policy Tickets are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or move your booking to a future session with at least 24 hours' notice.
