Help Shape the Future of the Rare Breeds Centre Visitor numbers at the Rare Breeds Centre have reduced compared with previous years, creating challenges that we need to address if we are to ensure the attraction's long term success. This workshop is an opportunity to share your experiences, observations, feedback and ideas to help shape the future of the Rare Breeds Centre. Together, we will explore what we do well, what could be improved and how we can encourage more people to visit and return. The session will use a rotating discussion format, with six tables exploring six key questions about the visitor experience, customer needs, events, attractions and future opportunities. You'll have the chance to contribute your thoughts at each table, build on the ideas of others and help identify practical improvements and exciting possibilities for the future. Whether your ideas are small, ambitious or somewhere in between, your voice matters. The insights gathered will help inform future decisions and support the ongoing success of the Rare Breeds Centre.
