During the meeting, the attendees are given a 10-minute presentation from one of the members followed by 60 seconds from each member as an update on how they are doing and what they are looking for. After the 60-second pitches, the group then goes around asking if anyone has any referrals or thank yous. Finally any other business before the meeting is closed and the attendees go down to the restaurant to have a full cooked breakfast.
