Our tours are free to the public, but if you would like to support us then please consider donating to our charity The Commonwealth War Graves Foundation (CWGF). https://foundation.cwgc.org/donate/ MEETING POINT at the Lychgate at St Andrews Church BS21 7UE This tour starts at St Andrew’s Church in Clevedon, a beautiful 12th Century Church overlooking the Bristol Channel which has 13 War Graves from both World Wars. It finishes a short walk away from the Church, at Clevedon Cemetery, where there are a further 8 War Graves all from WW2. These graves are referred to as “Scattered Graves’ and the tour will tell you some of the stories behind those graves as well as the something of the history and work of the CWGC. The tour takes approximately an hour and ten minutes and is suitable for most ages. The tour lasts approx. 70 mins and covers about 800 metres on paths and grass with uneven ground and slopes. Parking is available on site and nearby. There are no facilities or toilets on site. Please bring water if required. Please come dressed for the weather and wear suitable footwear. Well beheaved dogs on a lead are welcome in the cemetery. Please note there can be last minute cancellations. This can be due to various reasons including illness, site issues and weather. We will email you as soon as we can, but this could include the morning of the tour, so please check your emails prior to leaving for the tour.
