KundAlini Session for COMPASSION and the HEART: 27th September

These 6 mini-workshop are all about balancing inspiration with manifestation, the yang with the yin, Shiva with Shakti, Ether and the Earth- drawing on forces above and below, inside and out, so that they harmoniously integrate and blend in your heart centre - creating a high frequency vibration in your soul, referred to as "Tantra". So if you miss a class, you will still have the session to do in your own time, if you wish. ------------------------------------------------- These worshops are intended to strengthen, uplift and support you in finding (and lighting) the spark inside you, tending this flame and directing this beautiful creative energy in the direction of your hopes and dreams! Kundalini is symbolised by a serpent, an omen of immense transformation, of evolution - moving all of humanity into a frequency more truly aligned with our unique soul purpose, this is a potent time to birth a new evolution as we move through a turbuelnt and potentially life-changing, life-affirming 2026.
