A 5K run for The Female Triathlete community. Whether you’re building your running back up, training for your next triathlon, or simply fancy getting outside and running with other women, come along. We will be running a 5k around Llanishen reservoir folllowed by tea/coffee in the reservoir cafe 😊 5K. No pressure. Just a good run with good people. 📅 Saturday 14 November🏃♀️ 5K run✨ Powered by Jelenew Everyone is welcome, whatever your pace.
