Open Mic at Foundry Social

Are you a singer, musician, poet or creative looking for an opportunity to showcase your work? Amplifying Accessibility is hosting an open mic at The Foundry Social, Cardiff. We are working together to make sure Disabled and Neurodivergent creatives have a welcoming space to showcase their work and build a supportive community. All abilities are welcome, whether that is as a performer or audience member. IMPORTANT BITS: • The space will open from 1pm for a relaxed settling in period, ahead of the open mic starting. • This event will be hosted by an English speaker and BSL will be unavailable. • You can prebook your space as a performer or audience member using this Eventbrite page. • All performance styles are welcome - The venue has a sound desk and no CDJs. • Fidget items, large print menus and bean bags will be available at the event. This event is a work in progress. That means we are aware it is not as accessible as it could be, but we want to learn. Our aim is to do more of these events, developing it as we go.
