Your instructor will focus on alignment, breathing, control and core engagement, helping you understand not just how to perform each movement, but why. Expect a supportive, considered class that builds confidence, body awareness and a strong foundation for progressing your Pilates practice. Beginners and up. An ideal starting point if you’re new to Pilates, while also benefiting those looking to refine their form and technique.
