What to expect You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation through guided meditation and sound, while receiving gentle Reiki and intuitive energy clearing from experienced practitioners. You need to drink plenty of pure water following your sound bath to flush through any toxins released. Please note that Sound Baths are not recommended for people with the following conditions.
