Wildflower and Glass Master Class (Cardiff)

Create a beautiful floral piece and master the art of copper foiling in our hands-on craft workshop. Join Ffion in the workshop space in Spit and Sawdust, for a beginner-friendly class. A huge variety of hand-pressed West Country flowers will be provided for you to arrange within two large panes of glass. You will learn the traditional craft of copper foiling and how to safely solder the picture frame. Studio Dwt is an all-female collective. We champion all capabilities and strive to tailor our classes to suit all needs and moods. We welcome solo crafters, big groups, work parties, and hen dos alike! Feel free to bring your own pressed flowers and keepsakes that you'd like to include in your design. Please note: soldering irons, flux, and other materials used in this workshop give off fumes and heat, which may carry health risks during pregnancy. If you're pregnant, it's worth checking with your healthcare provider before taking part. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.
