Co-Production: The Co-Production Journey

A session exploring co‑production and co‑researching, building shared understanding, practical skills, and stronger collaborations. Open to all Cumberland Council staff, elected members and community organisations in Cumberland. Dive into the principles of co-production, community engagement, and working together to design solutions that reflect shared priorities. You’ll break down collaborative practice to understand the different levels between engagement, involvement, participation, coproduction, and coresearch. We'll covering key participation models and the history that shaped modern coproduction, and if time permits, we'll look at the PICE framework for collaborative working.
