4 hour guided road cycling in the Lake District. ~55km at a relaxed, social pace, with a stop mid-ride for coffee & cake, max. 8 riders What to Expect: Join Kelda Adventures for a fully guided road cycling experience starting from Crosthwaite Car Park, Keswick. This ride is designed for regular cyclists who want to experience the breathtaking beauty of the Northern Lakes' hand-picked lanes without the stress of plotting routes or navigating steep, unfamiliar terrain alone.We keep our groups strictly capped at a maximum of 8 riders to maintain a genuine, friendly group dynamic. The focus is entirely social: expect a rolling, inclusive pace (averaging around 20 km/h on the flat) where we stay together on the flats and always regroup at the top of hills. No one gets left behind.The Itinerary: • Duration: Approximately 3.5 to 4 hours in the saddle. • Distance: 55–60km covering beautifully curated, quieter lanes surrounding the Keswick area. • The Cafe Stop: Midway through the loop, we’ll pull into a fantastic local Cumbrian cycle cafe for a proper coffee and cake stop. Good to Know: To keep our hand-picked routes quiet and exclusive, the final route map is kept private and shared directly with registered riders the week of the event.
