In this practical session, we'll cover: • How to film using your phone • How to frame a great shot • Getting better sound • Making the most of natural light • Filming interviews • Capturing useful B-roll • Editing your videos • Adding captions and text • Creating videos for social media You'll have the chance to film and edit your own short video during the session. What's it all about? To help elevate local marketing, West Worcester Beacon is funding a dedicated training session focused on filming content for marketing. The session will outline why video is a critical marketing tool as well as how to video, edit and publish content. Who is it for? Open to all residents, community groups, and local businesses in Lower Broadheath, Hallow, Holt, and Grimley. What to bring with you? Bring your phone/tablet and lapel microphones if you have one, and learn by doing. Where is the training held? The training session will be in the Lower Broadheath Village Hall's Small Hall, which has its own separate entrance via the side of the hall.
