It’s well known that being outdoors benefits mental health. Join a Green Walk to connect with nature, boost well-being, and build community. Meet 9:15 to leave at 9:30 at Robinswood Hill Cafe. Green Walks It’s well known now that being outside is hugely beneficial for our mental health.
