Leading with AI: Business Transformation Workshop

A four-hour, hands-on leadership session for business leaders deciding where AI actually creates value for their organisation. Led by facilitators who use AI daily inside Emerge Digital and with clients, including Melanie Cheeseman, OnyxAI Programme Director; Tom Henson, Managing Director; and Steve Brady, Head of Innovation. You'll work through real business scenarios that show exactly where AI improves operations, growth and employee engagement. You'll leave with a shortlist of next steps you can take straight back to your team. The Golden Triangle Value shows up when three things align: • Humans — creativity, judgement, leadership • AI Tools — capability, speed, scale • Operations — the workflows that turn capability into results Running through the day is The MEL Method™ — Mindset, Energy, Leadership — moving you from why this matters to what you'll actually do about it. What you'll leave with • A clear view of where AI tools, automation and agents genuinely support growth and better decisions • Confidence to lead the human side of the change — not just the tech side • One or two automation opportunities specific to your business, ready to take back to your team • A working AI agent concept, including where people stay in the loop • A shared language to discuss AI transformation with your leadership team, without needing to be technical.
