Mindful winter walk and bauble painting

Get into the festive spirit without diving straight into Christmas chaos Join us for a cosy winter get-together combining a gentle winter walk, mindful breathing, bauble painting and festive treats. We'll start with a stroll around the park to stretch our legs and enjoy some fresh air, with a short mindful breathing exercise along the way if the weather is kind. If it's a little too wintry we'll head indoors. Then we'll get creative, painting your own baubles, then enjoy some festive treats and have a good old chat. The emphasis is on spending time together, getting out for some fresh air and enjoying a bit of creative time. Absolutely no pressure to produce a Pinterest-worthy bauble! Come on your own, bring a friend, or get a little group together for a relaxed festive outing. A winter walk, a moment to breathe, a bit of making, something lovely to eat and good company. What's not to love?
