Pil-lattes: Pilates & Coffee Morning

A feel-good morning of beginner-friendly pilates, fresh lattes and new friendships with Swindon Girls Social. ‍‍ Start your Sunday with Pil-lattes – a feel-good morning of movement, coffee and meeting new people with Swindon Girls Social. 🧘‍♀️☕️🩷 We’ll kick things off with a 45-minute beginner-friendly Pilates class at LYFE Power + Pilates Studio. The class is designed for everyone, whether you’ve never tried Pilates before or you’re just getting back into it – relaxed, fun and completely judgement-free. After Pilates, we’ll stay in the studio for a well-earned fresh latte from Asylum Coffee, with plenty of time to chat, mingle and get to know the other girls. ✨ What’s included: • 45-minute beginner-friendly Pilates class • Fresh latte from Asylum Coffee • Time to socialise afterwards • A private Swindon Girls Social session What to bring: Please bring your own exercise mat and water, and wear comfortable, loose clothing – layers are a good idea. As with all Swindon Girls Social events, this is all about making it easier for women in their 20s and 30s to meet new people and make genuine friendships. Coming alone is completely normal – lots of our girls do!
