SEND-Friendly Children's Yoga with Laura the YogaBears

Weekly inclusive yoga journey through nature and the chakras with the highly experienced SEND practitioner Laura and the colourful YogaBears A calm, nurturing and welcoming space designed especially for children who may find busy groups overwhelming, or who need a little extra support to feel safe and settled. Each YogaBear represents a different 'superpower' chakra within all of us. Through yoga postures, movement, breathing, games and mindful craft, we learn tools to help us feel grounded and find calm. By building the core foundations this leads to calm foundations, of the mind and body - for now and into the future. By giving children time and space to build their self-awareness through kindness and confidence, connection and play, children can feel safe, make friends and be comfortable exactly as they are.
