YogaBears sensory song, movement and connection sessions will include storytelling, interactive props, sign along and yoga. NEW to the Lighthouse Centre - toddler-to-5yrs SEND YogaBears session for children and caregivers. Tuesday Mornings 10.00-11.30, term time only. Run by Laura who is a SEND parent and practitioner, YogaBears sensory song, movement and connection sessions will include storytelling, interactive props, sign along, Makaton and inclusive yoga moves and guided meditation and chill out. These sessions are free and available to all families although there is a SEND focus.
