Where Futures Begin: Stroud District

Youth Network event Join us for the launch of the new Stroud District Youth Network, bringing together organisations, community groups and professionals who work with young people across the district. This interactive event is designed to be more than a traditional network meeting. Through practical activities, discussion and collaboration, we'll explore the youth work landscape across Stroud District, share insights from young people, identify opportunities for partnership working, and help shape the future of the Youth Network. Together we will: • Connect with others working with young people across the district. • Map existing youth provision and identify strengths and gaps. • Explore what young people are telling us about their lives, communities and futures. • Contribute ideas and actions to support the Youth Action Plan. • Help shape the priorities and purpose of the Youth Work Network moving forward. The event will focus on four themes: People, Places, Connections and Action, with participants actively contributing throughout the day to create resources, opportunities and actions that will continue beyond the event. Time: 10:00am to 1:00pm (arrival from 9:30am) Whether you are a youth organisation, community group, school, voluntary sector partner or professional working with young people, this is an opportunity to help build a stronger, more connected youth sector across the Stroud District.
