WILD- Ecstatic Dance & Sound

WILD - is a chance for your inner child to be freed! A chance to move as you choose, to sound as you do and to fully express all the feels ! There a LOT to carry in life right now. A LOT to hold together. WILD is a place to let go of all that holding for a while. To move, to sound, to roar and giggle, to shout and shimmy to move as YOU choose. No rules, no following just full expression in a SOBER space. A freeing up of your inner child, your inner wild. When we depress our anger and sorrow we also bury our joy and ecstacy. Come be WILD and free up yourself. Held by a somatic practitioner, creative arts facilitator and soundhealer these sessions are well curated abs trauma informed to ensure your Nervous Systems are not overwhelmed. Come bring your mates, your dates, your mum or your dad, your gals or your lad. Come be free!!
