Valuing freedom. With a conscious awareness to cultivate a shift in ourselves. Seeking connections with like-minded and collaborations is key to building a community. Friendships and business. Being in circle initiates pause, softening, slowing. I introduce Pause Moments and a little ritual as well as individual and shared truth speaking. Each month there's a theme. October’s circle theme is Dia de los Meurtos. Known as Day of the Dead. It is based on honouring our deceased loved ones and the celebration of the continuity of life. Origins are Mexican indigenous people. Nowadays it’s celebrated far and wide including London and Chichester! Creative Wise Women circles provide a transition from busy to slower. Nurtures contentment and uplifts from the discombobulation of life. To speak your truth, to bring a sense of sacred into your life and space.
