Community. Join us for the very first Motherhood Monday from The Women's Wellbeing Group. A relaxed, complimentary morning created for new mums and their babies to meet other mums, have a coffee, learn something useful and have a little time focused on Mum too. For our first session, we're talking all things baby skin and post-pregnancy skin, with support from our doula and women's wellbeing practitioner throughout the morning. We'll cover simple baby skincare, bathing, dryness and common skin concerns, alongside the changes many mums notice in their own skin after pregnancy, including breakouts, dryness, sensitivity and pigmentation. Our doula will also be there to chat about the early postnatal period, adjusting to life with a new baby, recovery, wellbeing and those everyday questions that often come up in the first few months of motherhood. There will be baby skincare demonstrations, practical advice for Mum, time to ask questions and plenty of time to simply sit, chat and meet other mums. No pressure. No sales pitch. Babies absolutely do not need to be on their best behaviour. Suitable for: Mums with babies approximately 6 weeks to 6 months old who are not yet crawling.
