Join the Heathlands Reunited and Health and Wellbeing teams for a Nature Connection Walk on Bramshott Common This activity is intended to be a mindful activity and will involve slowing down, connecting to the here and now through our senses and connecting to the beautiful nature around us. There will be time and space for a creative element during the activity inspired by the landscape. The walk will last an hour and a half and we will walk approximately a mile and a half. The terrain will be mostly flat but may be wet and muddy, so please wear appropriate footwear/clothing. No dogs on this walk please.
