This November, join me for The Way of the Wolf – Introduction to Shamanism, where we'll explore the foundations of this ancient spiritual practice and how we can bring its wisdom into our everyday lives. 🌿 During this session, we'll explore: 🐺 What is Shamanism? – Understanding its origins, traditions and the connection between the physical and spiritual worlds. 🧭 The Sacred Directions – Exploring the four directions, their symbolism and how we can work with them. 🔥 The Elements – Connecting with Earth, Air, Fire and Water and understanding their roles within shamanic practice. 🪶 Creating a Sacred Altar – Learning how to create your own personal altar using meaningful objects, natural materials and spiritual tools. ✨ Opening Sacred Space – Discovering how to call upon the directions and elements, set intentions and create a sacred space for spiritual work. This will be a practical, relaxed and welcoming session, giving you the opportunity to experience some of these practices for yourself and begin developing your own connection to the shamanic path.
