November Full Moon Sound Bath

The Beaver Full Moon, this is the moon of inspiration and change, amplified by the first of three Supermoons. Modern life never stops, it can feel like we’re expected to keep going, always moving never stopping and yet everything in nature moves cyclically. One of the reasons I love honouring the Full Moon or the seasons is to remind you of this. To remind you that we too have seasons and cycles. To help you sense the beauty in slowing down and listening. The Full Moon in Gemini, also know as the Beaver Full Moon is the last full moon of Autumn. This is the moon of inspiration and change, amplifed by the first of three Supermoons. The energies of this moon will be felt even more strongly. Sound Baths may not be suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, sound sensitive epilepsy and severe mental health issues.
