Shamanic Drumming Circle

Join us for an evening of rhythm, connection and community as we gather around the drum. Drumming circles have been used for centuries by cultures around the world as a way to bring people together, create connection, support healing, and enter a meditative state. The repetitive rhythm of the drum can help quiet the mind, reduce stress, improve focus, and create a sense of grounding and wellbeing. This welcoming circle is open to both men and women, whether you are completely new to drumming or have experience with drum journeys and circle work. There is no performance and no expectation to be musical. The focus is on sharing rhythm, being present, and experiencing the energy that is created when a group comes together with a common heartbeat. During the evening, we will explore simple rhythms, group drumming, connection through sound, and the powerful sense of community that naturally develops within the circle. Many people leave feeling calmer, more centred, uplifted, and deeply connected to themselves and those around them. Benefits of drumming can include: • Reduced stress and anxiety • Improved mood and emotional wellbeing • Greater focus and mental clarity • A sense of grounding and connection • Building confidence and community • An opportunity to switch off from the demands of everyday life Feel free to bring your own drum if you have one, we will have a limited number of spare drums to borrow. Please DM us to reserve yours. £15pp Come and experience the power of rhythm, connection and community in a supportive and welcoming environment. 🐺🪘 Walking the old ways in a new world. 🪘🐺 **Health & Wellbeing Declaration** By attending this drumming circle, I confirm that I am taking responsibility for my own physical and emotional wellbeing.
