Somatic Sisters

Move what you've been holding. A women's somatic dance circle to land in your body, calm your nervous system and feel like you again WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THREE WOMEN, THREE UNIQUE PRACTICES AND THREE POWERFUL ENERGIES COME TOGETHER? SOMATIC SISTERS a whole body experience created to take you out of your head into your body and back into connection with yourself. Together, we’re weaving movement, rhythm, nervous system regulation, energy work, shaking, sensual expression and sound into one immersive journey. Each practice brings something different, and together they create space for you to move what’s been stuck, release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your body and soften into deep rest. 💃🏾 RAVE REBIRTH: MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE • Energising, rhythm-led movement inspired by dance, percussion and neuroscience-informed practices • Music, repetition and rhythm help you shift stagnant energy and release physical tension • Reconnect with the natural intelligence of your body • Move without performing, dance without judgement, let your body lead • Movement as a tool for nervous system regulation, emotional release and a renewed sense of aliveness 🌸 EMBODIED RESET: COME BACK TO YOURSELF • Movement, spirituality and playful self-expression through chakra awareness, rhythm, shaking, twerking and intuitive movement (plus a little sass) • Explore your body as a source of wisdom, pleasure and power • Loosen your grip and release what no longer needs to be held • Reconnect with the parts of you that have been quiet, hidden or overlooked • Sometimes the hips really do need to speak, and this is where they get to 🔔 SOUND HEALING: SURRENDER AND RECEIVE • Slow down, soften and receive after the movement and release • Tibetan singing bowls guide you into deep rest, grounding and integration • Your body and nervous system absorb everything you've experienced • Surrender into stillness, listen inwardly and let the sound hold you • No effort, no striving, just space to breathe, settle and come back to centre Together, these three practices create a complete somatic journey: MOVE to awaken your energy SHAKE to release tension and stuckness EXPRESS to reconnect with your body RECEIVE through sound and stillness RESET your relationship with yourself We are three women, each bringing our own experience, energy and medicine. Individually, our practices create powerful shifts, but together we merge them into one shared experience designed to support movement, release, regulation, connection, and rest. This is more than three separate sessions. It is a carefully woven journey where each practice flows into the next from activation to expression, to surrender; from movement, to stillness; from doing, to receiving. Together, we are the Somatic Sisters. Come as you are. Come solo or bring your girls. There is no right way to move, shake, release or receive. You don’t need to be a dancer, flexible, experienced or “good” at anything; you simply need to arrive with curiosity and a willingness to reconnect with yourself MOVE x SHAKE x RELEASE x RECEIVE x RESET x
