This month we have Business Consultant & Systems Strategist Becky Stevenson joining us to speak on simplifying our businesses. This will be an interactive session to help you identify exactly what’s draining your time (and energy) and how to fix them: "I'm too small for systems and processes." But here's what I've discovered after working with hundreds of business owners: the smaller your team, the MORE you need simple, effective systems. Not because you want to be corporate, but because you want your energy for the work that lights you up - not admin that drains you.
