A cosy Red Tent gathering to honour your cycle, connect with womb wisdom and explore cycle syncing in sacred sisterhood. For generations, women have gathered together to rest, share, bleed, listen, nurture and honour the rhythms of their bodies. This Red Tent is an invitation to return to that kind of space. Together we’ll slow down and explore the menstrual cycle beyond simply counting the days between periods connecting with the different phases of the cycle, cycle syncing, supportive practices for menstruation, and ways to honour your body rather than constantly asking it to operate at the same pace. There’ll be space to connect with your womb, reflect on your own cycle and share in sisterhood within a cosy, held and welcoming environment. You don’t need to be bleeding on the day, and you don’t need to know anything about cycle syncing or womb wisdom beforehand.
