We offer you an opportunity to reconnect to the stillness within. Simply come as you are and allow the sounds to wash over you while you rest. What to bring We provide mats to lie on. Please bring a blanket, pillow and water bottle and anything else that helps you feel cozy and relaxed. PLEASE NOTE Soundbaths are generally suitable for most people.
