Beginners Ballet with Freya

Join your local community for this free session as part of the resident led Every One Every Day Winter calendar of activities. What we'll do in this session... Join Freya for a fun and friendly workshop where you can explore the basics of ballet in a relaxed and supportive environment. We'll begin with some gentle stretches and warm-up exercises to get our bodies moving, then learn a few simple ballet steps and movements. By the end of the session, we'll put everything together in a short dance and finish with a traditional ballet reverence. --- If you have questions about any of our activities please get in touch with our friendly team at [email protected] or message 07542609624.
