Inter-Agency Referral Discussion Training This training day is for professionals involved in attending inter-agency referral discussions (IRD’s) for children and young people. The session will increase knowledge and understanding of the purpose and process of an IRD and consider the role of Police, Social Work, Health and Education within the IRD process.
