Kirkcaldy Property Network - October meeting

Join Kirkcaldy Property Network for an informal evening of property insights, networking and Q&A with guest speakers. Our confirmed guest for October is Declan Macaloney, who will take part in a relaxed question-and-answer session. Declan has built an impressive property business at a young age, with experience across refurbishments, flips, buy-to-lets, serviced accommodation, commercial conversions and assisted sales. He has plenty of experience to share about finding off-market opportunities, raising finance, building relationships with investors and learning from deals that haven’t always gone to plan. The Q&A session will give those attending the chance to hear more about Declan’s property journey and to put their own questions to him. Kirkcaldy Property Network was launched in February 2026 to create an informal place for property investors, developers, landlords, businesses, professionals and others with an interest in property to meet, make connections and share ideas. Our meetings are friendly and informal, with plenty of opportunity to meet other people before and after the main session. Whether you are an experienced investor, just starting out, work in the property sector or simply have an interest in what is happening in Kirkcaldy, you are very welcome to attend. Further speaker and programme details will be announced soon. We look forward to seeing you there.
