Neuk Perth: Speed Creating

Neuk Perth: Zine & Collage Thursday 19th November 5:15pm to 7:15pm Forteviot Room Perth Creative Exchange PH2 8JB Free but booking required - open to all neurodivergent artists & creative adults (18+) Speed Creating A fast, playful session built around a room full of stations, each set up with a different subject (still life, landscape, portrait) and a different medium (pen, pencil, crayon, pastel). We will work in short bursts of five to ten minutes: make a few quick sketches, then move on to the next station and the next medium. No polishing, no overthinking. The point is to build creative skills that have nothing to do with any particular medium, employing speed and instinct instead of careful technique. It's good fun, and it gets people talking and mingling. Or, if you'd rather keep your head down and just work, that's entirely fine too! Everything's provided. Just turn up. Venue The session will take place in the Forteviot Room at Perth Creative Exchange, PH2 8JB. Access If you have any access requirements or would like to ask us anything before booking, please get in touch. Access will be at the front entrance of the building on Stormont Street. There is limited parking at the building, but it should be fairly empty at that time of day. There is also a ramp at the front entrance. The Forteviot room is on the lower ground floor, down a flight of stairs. They have a lift, and another ramp at the lower floor, if needed.
