There are various time slots throughout the month of September for you to choose from, so select a day and time that suits you and come and see what our gym has to offer. Appropriate activewear must be worn in our gym (trainers, no jeans, no boots etc) Location: Sport and Active Health *Please register on this Eventbrite page so we can monitor attendance.
