2026 Santa's Steam Train Trip for adoptive families

Kick off the festive season off by joining other adoptive families for a magical trip on Santa's Steam Train. Join other adoptive families this December for a truly magical experience on Santa's Steam Train. Enjoy a great start to the festive season with seasonal songs, magician, festive refreshments and presents for all children delivered personally by Santa during the journey. The train leaves at 3:00pm on Sunday 6th December. Meet by the main entrance of Bo'ness Station at 2:30pm to collect your ticket and register with the AUK Scot staff team. If you have any special access requirements, please let us know on booking. The return train journey is approx. 60 minutes but do allow time to ride on the miniature train (when available) and visit the model railway at Bo'ness which are both included in your ticket. There is also a gift shop and Station Buffet which sells hot and cold food, drinks and snacks. Please be aware that tickets are for a reserved seat within a shared compartment. We have requested that Adoption UK families are seated together but we might not have exclusive use of the carriage. Tickets are limited and when they are gone, they are gone!
