Art of Letting Go - Women Circle

A monthly circle for women to slow down and come home to themselves. Women’s Circle: The Art of Letting Go 25 September 5:30–8:00 pm Thornaby Methodist Church You are invited to the first autumn gathering in the Light Bearers monthly Women’s Circle. This is a space to slow down, set daily life aside for a while, and turn gently inward — toward your body, your breath, your emotions, and whatever is moving within you. Our first circle is called The Art of Letting Go. Together we will explore different ways of releasing: through the body and the breath, and through sound, creativity, reflection and presence. There is nothing to prepare. You do not need experience in meditation, bodywork or art. Come as you are. The circle meets once a month. Each gathering will have its own theme and its own space to explore. First gathering Friday 25 September 2026 5:30–8:00 pm The room opens at 5:30 pm, so there is time to arrive, settle, have a cup of tea and speak quietly together. The workshop itself begins at around 6:00 pm. Please bring your mats, blankets and eye masks if you prefer using your own.
