We're very fortunate to be welcoming Pippa to The Cookbook Shop on 17 September for a conversation about why Edinburgh is such a world-class foodie destination. Joining her will be Charlie Buchanan-Smith, one of the founders of The Free Company, a regenerative farm and field-to-table restaurant in the Pentland Hills.
